Reviews
Anyone can leave a review for a business on BBB, by clicking the “Start A Review” text.
Written feedback, along with the typical 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 star rating is permitted and most customer reviews go live within a few days.
Typically, the Better Business Bureau doesn’t get involved with ratings, although customers look to them as a gauge of a business’s online reputation.

Complaints
Complaints are more serious and are initiated by clicking the “File a Complaint” link.
Customers are then prompted to complete a series of questions, many of which legal implications.
Once the complaint form is completed and submitted, BBB staff will intervene.
